First Appointment
- In our first consultation we will meet to tour your home and discuss your goals. We will go over my personalized service options and discuss an initial price assessment that will get you the quickest exposure to the maximum number of buyers.
Strategy meeting
- Once you are ready to move forward, we will strategize about a marketing plan and other concrete pieces of your listing, all of which will be finalized in a listing agreement.
Execution
- When your listing goes live, I will execute all the advertising, compile data on your property, screen incoming buyers, help you review offers and negotiate on your behalf.
Closing
- Throughout the typical 45 day escrow process I will help you complete a number of necessary milestones and manage all vendor appointments required to close. Once we get recording clearance from escrow, you have officially sold your home, and it's time to celebrate!
